The Range

This synthetic firing range game capitalizes on features that were previously not available in legacy approaches: real-time physics and modular course assembly.  It is also our first game to make use of PBR texturing and rendering.  It features four course types: Infinite Assault, Texas Star, Trainer and Course Builder and comes preloaded with twelve predesigned courses.

Texas Star

Physics simulation in The Range are showcased in the Texas Star active target which computes the center of gravity and rotation as targets are hit.

Infinite Assault features three targets steadily closing in on you.  Each hit sends a target backwards and buys you more time.
Course Builder allows you to set the targets, exposure time and distances of your own course.
Texas Star features this popular active physics target.  Shoot all five moving targets as quickly as possible.

Four Play Modes

The Range features four course types: Infinite Assault, Texas Star, Trainer and Course Builder.
Trainer enables you to hone your shooting skills at various distances.
